- I also configure your initial site content including functional contact form, MLS IDX pages, and special features such as Open House calendars, team bios, etc. Let me know what you need. There are almost unlimited features.
- Your website will also become part of the social network fabric, incorporating Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Feedburner and others that you may have/want.
- Website support, assistance, tutorials and upgreades are free for the life of the site. I will work with you as a “coach” as you add content related to you, your services, listings and blog posts, etc. Improving your internet marketing.
- Your website is yours. There are no ongoing monthly or annual fees from me. Website hosting and your domain name are completely in your control. Many different web-hosting companies such as GoDaddy, Bluehost and others make excellent hosts for my websites and all cost less than $10.00 a month. If you desire, I will assist and help with any of the complications of moving your hosting account and domain name. It is part of what I do when setting up most new clients and is no additional charge.
What you get:
Each website is unique, using what I know about internet marketing, real estate brokerage and more importantly your needs, market area and business identity. When we are done with the site you will have a unique, limited web/blogsite. Your web/blogsite is ready for you to easily add content in the way of posts and pages. On going you will have my support, site upgrades and coaching.
What it costs:
Right now, just a one time fee of $1297. Sites for teams or individuals are the same price.
