		<description>Hi Lindsey,  Thanks for sending me your cpanel access info.  Here is what is happening.  

It seems the Fantastico install script is partially disabled on your hosting account.  This meant that it seemed like WP was installing, but never really fully did.  Fortunately the database wizard is functional so since I am in your account ... I will go ahead and set WP up for you with the &quot;old school&quot; manual install.  ~Karma</description>
